Volunteer applications for Ilosaarirock 2024 are now closed – a huge thank you to everyone who applied! All applicants have been contacted via email. Please also check your spam folder if you haven't received a message from us.
This year, we received far more applications than there are volunteer positions available at Ilosaarirock. Unfortunately, this means not everyone could join the best staff of the summer.
If we couldn't offer you a position but you’re still interested in volunteering, you can reach out to the Ilosaarirock team at [email protected] to inquire about any possible cancellations. Please note that fulfilling specific shift requests might not be possible with cancellation spots.
Detailed information regarding assignments will be sent to all selected volunteers before their volunteering begins.

Volunteering for clubs, societies & associations
Interested in volunteering at Ilosaarirock as a club, society or association, raising funds for tournaments, travel or such? Ilosaarirock works closely with dozens of different sports, arts and other hobby clubs every year.
Applying for club, society and association volunteering to the 2024 edition of Ilosaarirock is closed. All applicants have been contacted during this spring and early summer. Applying for club, society and association volunteering to Ilosaarirock 2025 will open in early 2025.
