Volunteering at Ilosaarirock
No volunteers = no Ilosaarirock! One of our core values as well as the driving force behind our festival’s spirit is volunteering. Hundreds of volunteers attend Ilosaarirock Festival every year, with volunteering posts available in almost all areas of festival production. Most volunteering shifts take place during the festival weekend.

Volunteering for clubs, societies & associations
Interested in volunteering at Ilosaarirock as a club, society or association, raising funds for tournaments, travel or such? Ilosaarirock works closely with dozens of different sports, arts and other hobby clubs every year.
