Accreditation

Accreditation to the 2026 edition of Ilosaarirock is now closed – thank you to all who applied! All applicants will be contacted with a decision no later than Friday 10 July. If you have not received a response by then or have any questions about Ilosaarirock's accreditation, please contact us at [email protected].

Check-in Point

Accredited guests can check in from Thursday 16 July to Sunday 19 July at the Ilosaarirock check-in point, located in the lobby of PKS Areena (Kisapolku 6).

Check-in opening hours:
Thu 16 July, 9:00–20:00
Fri 17 July, 9:00–22:00
Sat 18 July, 11:00–19:00
Sun 19 July, 12:00–16:00

Getting around near the festival area is easier without a car. If needed, you can use Ilosaarirock’s paid parking area. Details on temporary traffic arrangements and parking near the festival can be found on the Ilosaarirock info page.

Guideline for media: the use of wireless equipment in the festival area

Please note! The use of the wireless equipment is coordinated and the use without given permission is not allowed under any circumstances. To obtain an allocated frequency, please contact the RF coordinator, who will be happy to assist.

Coordinated equipment includes radio microphones, in-ear systems, and all the wireless devices using the frequency range 470 - 865MHz as well as VHF and UHF radios.

Please contact the RF coordinator well in advance to get the allocated frequency and transmit power for your device. Thank you!
