Are you interested in a slightly different festival experience, making new lovely acquaintances, or peeking behind the curtains of one of Finland's largest music festivals? Volunteer application for Ilosaarirock 2024 is now open!

Volunteering at Ilosaarirock doesn't require any special skills or expertise - there are tasks for everyone, and anyone can apply! Many volunteer roles involve interacting with festival-goers and ensuring their comfort, so a cheerful, friendly, and smiling attitude from volunteers is definitely a plus.

Most of the volunteer opportunities are in customer service, recycling and cleaning, catering, and festival site deco. You can read more about the available volunteer tasks here.

The recommended minimum age for volunteering at Ilosaarirock is 16 years old. All non-Finnish-speaking volunteers must, however, be at least 18 years old to apply.
