Buy your tickets online with Epassi

This is what you’ve been waiting for – buying Ilosaarirock tickets with employee cultural benefits just got a whole lot easier!
Starting today, you can pay for Ilosaarirock festival tickets with Epassi in Ticketmaster’s online store as well – yay! Tickets paid with Epassi are purchased through Ticketmaster’s separate Epassi ticket shop. Follow the instructions below, register for the Epassi ticket shop and grab your festival ticket today!
Buying Ilosaarirock tickets with Epassi
- Go to the Epassi ticket shop at epassi.tmtickets.fi.
- Create a new customer account for the Epassi ticket shop or log in with your existing credentials. Please note that the Epassi ticket shop requires separate login details – you cannot sign in with your Ticketmaster account.
- Choose Ilosaarirock from the list and click the Osta liput button.
- Select the ticket type you want and pay for your ticket with Epassi. That’s it!
Because the cultural benefit is personal, you can only purchase one ticket from the Epassi ticket shop. Ticket prices are the same as in Ticketmaster’s ticket shop, but when paying with Epassi an additional payment processing fee charged by Epassi will be added to your order total.
You can find more information about tickets purchased with Epassi, as well as answers to frequently asked questions, on our Tickets page.
Buying Ilosaarirock tickets with Edenred
You can still pay for Ilosaarirock tickets in Ticketmaster’s online store using the Edenred Virike benefit and Zevoy Benefits. Tickets purchased with these payment methods are bought through Ticketmaster’s separate Edenred ticket shop.
When paying with Edenred or Zevoy, a €5 service fee per order will be added to the ticket price.
More information about paying with Edenred or Zevoy can be found on Ticketmaster’s website.
Paying with cultural benefits at physical ticket outlets
In addition to Ticketmaster’s online store, Ilosaarirock festival tickets can also be purchased with the most common employee cultural benefits at Ticketmaster’s physical ticket outlets that accept cultural benefits as a payment method. In the Joensuu area, for example, festival customers are served by Lehmo’s Ravintola Aiho, where Epassi, Smartum and Edenred are accepted in addition to the usual debit and credit cards and cash.
You can find your nearest physical ticket outlet here, and check the website of your cultural benefit provider to see whether your benefit can be used as a payment method at that outlet.
Please note that each ticket outlet decides independently which payment methods they accept. Possible service and order fees set by the outlet will be added to the price of Ilosaarirock tickets.
The three-day ticket price will increase on Friday, March 13
All remaining Ilosaarirock ticket types, including the highly anticipated two-day and one-day tickets, will go on sale on Friday, March 13. At the same time, the price of the three-day ticket will increase.
So make sure to secure your three-day entry at the lower price by Thursday evening, March 12!
