Wristband delivered to your door or Wolt Market

How about getting your Ilosaarirock wristband delivered straight to your door – or picking it up from your local Wolt Market? Now you can!

Thanks to Wolt and Ticketmaster, you can now buy a three-day ticket or a three-day VIP ticket that includes early wristband exchange – and have your Ilosaarirock wristband delivered to your nearest Wolt Market or directly to your home.

These special three-day Wolt ticket types are available between June 5–27, or while supplies last. Wristbands can be picked up or delivered between July 8–17 in cities where Wolt Market operates: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku, Jyväskylä, Joensuu, Seinäjoki, Vaasa, Lahti, Pori and Oulu.

In other words, you could swing by, say, the Tikkurila Wolt Market in Helsinki, grab and fasten your wristband, hop on the festival train to Joensuu and stroll straight on into the festival site without stopping at a wristband exchange point first. Easy and smooth!

How to purchase a Wolt ticket type?

1. Head to Ticketmaster and choose the three-day ticket type that you want: a regular three-day ticket (3 PÄIVÄÄ – WOLT ENNAKKORANNEKE) or the age-restricted three-day VIP ticket (VIP 3 PÄIVÄÄ (K-18) – WOLT ENNAKKORANNEKE).
2. Select the Wolt Market where you’d like your wristband to be delivered for pickup or home delivery. Wolt Market is available in twelve cities: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Tampere, Turku, Jyväskylä, Joensuu, Seinäjoki, Vaasa, Lahti, Pori and Oulu.
3. Log in with your Ticketmaster account or create a new one. Please double-check that your phone number and email address are up to date.
4. Complete your payment. A 9,90€ fee for the early wristband exchange is automatically included in the ticket price.
5. You’ll receive your PDF ticket and order confirmation by email. Your ticket can be exchanged for a wristband between July 8–17. After Wolt ticket sales end on June 30, Wolt will email all Wolt ticket holders a personal order code needed for the early wristband exchange.

How to pick up your wristband from Wolt Market?

You can pick up your wristband from the Wolt Market you selected during your ticket purchase between July 8–17, during store opening hours.

Wolt will send your personal order code and pickup instructions by email after ticket sales end on June 30.

Show your Wolt order code at the Wolt Market checkout to get your wristband.

How to get your wristband delivered to your door?

You can order your wristband for home delivery together with your Wolt Market grocery order between July 8–17.

1. In the Wolt app, open the same Wolt Market you selected during ticket purchase.
2. Add other items to your order (minimum total 18€).
3. Go to the Ilosaarirock wristband exchange category and add the wristband to your cart.
4. Before confirming the order, enter your personal wristband order code (sent by Wolt via email) in the “Add a comment to the store” field.

Along with your wristband, you’ll also receive instructions on how to fasten it properly. All Wolt ticket types must be exchanged for a wristband no later than July 17.

Please note: The Wolt early wristband exchange is only available as part of the Wolt ticket types – it cannot be added to a regular Ilosaarirock ticket that was purchased earlier.
