When it comes to metal, you can’t always take it for granted the vocalist is actually able to perform the songs live. Ghost Brigade lived up to this expectation however. The vocalist Manne Ikonen balanced in the middle of occasional serene parts, which spotted a full storm in a very professional manner. The massive wall of sound built by the instruments served to accentuate the growling and clean vocals. Brigade has not been praised for nothing.
Sue-stage was full, but not packed full and the group created a mood fitting for the evening nearing its end. It seemed like the band had been lucky enough to receive the absolutely correct slot for themselves. The hypnotic mood was broken by furious hailstorms and the audience rode the storm.
