HAPPORADIO

Although originally from Joensuu, a couple of years ago Happoradio had a big radio hit with a song where the band wanted to get out of Kallio, a run-down but fashionable part of Helsinki. These days, the young men do not need to sit still any longer, as they have been quite busy especially after the release of their latest album Vuosipäivä. This catchy guitar pop fits the sunny atmosphere of Ilosaarirock like ice cubes fit in a tasty glass of cider.
